29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about July 17, 2019 employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees engaged in roofing activities at the jobsite located at 2552 N. 9th St., Salina, KS were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 23 feet to concrete below in that fall protection training had not been provided. 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1) requires certification and documentation that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
