29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye.  On or about 25 August 2019, a worker was hospitalized after falling off a scooter, striking their head on the concrete apron and losing consciousness, while at the worksite. The hospitalization was not reported to the Austin Office of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration within 24-hours.
