(a) On or about August 30, 2019, employee(s) conducting siding work from a 6:12 pitch roof were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately nine (9) feet on the South side of the structure.

1926.503(a)(1):  The employer did not ensure that employee(s) exposed to potential fall hazards had been trained to recognize and minimize the fall hazards associated with their work.      (a) On or about August 30, 2019, employee(s) working on the roof of a new construction residential home, had not received training that would enable them to recognize the hazards associated with performing work on a 6:12 pitched roof, and from the adjacent ladder jack scaffold.
