29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) 275 6th Street, Avalon, NJ: on or about September 3, 2019, two Hughes Contractors, LLC employees were installing fascia boards on the 3rd floor roof eaves of a large new construction single family residence.  The employees were using the structure's roof as their walking/working surface.  the employees were not using any form of fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of greater than 25 feet to the ground below.
