29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a) Jobsite: 3360 Chichester Ave, Boothwyn, PA - Employees conducting a roofing operation within 1 foot from open and unprotected roof sides and edges, approximately 20 feet above ground level, were exposed to fall hazards without the use of a fall protection system.    Observed on or about 9/4/19.
