The employer did not ensure that respirators are cleaned and disinfected using the procedures in Appendix B-2 of this section, or procedures recommended by the respirator manufacturer, provided that such procedures are of equivalent effectiveness. The respirators were not cleaned. On 09/04/2019 at 300 Siedentop Road, Weldon Spring, MO an employee of Karrenbrock Construction, Inc was using a Stihl TS420 saw on concrete for approximately 10 minutes. The employee was wearing a respirator for respiratory protection during the cutting operation. Karrenbrock Construction, Inc had not provided this employee with a respirator that was clean and sanitary.
