29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s).  a) Jobsite 4 Evergreen Ln, Malvern, PA - The employer who had employees demolish a two story residential home did not have a competent person conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment, to recognize, evaluate, and control hazards present during demolition activities.  A Pettibone Traversing Forklift was used to demo material off the top of the structure while employees without head protection worked in the hazard area below.   Noted on or about 9/6/19.

29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets.   a) Jobsite 4 Evergreen Ln, Malvern, PA - The employer, who had an employee demolish the 2nd level of a two story residential home with a Pettibone Traverse Forklift, exposed employees assisting with the demolition activities on the ground level to impact hazards from falling concrete blocks, and other structural members, without the protection of protective helmets.   Noted on or about 9/6/19.
