29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). a) Jobsite 4 Evergreen Ln, Malvern, PA - The employer who had employees demolish a two story residential home did not have a competent person conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment, to recognize, evaluate, and control hazards present during demolition activities. A Pettibone Traversing Forklift was used to demo material off the top of the structure while employees without head protection worked in the hazard area below. Noted on or about 9/6/19.
