The equivalent level of the 68.8% dose is 87.3 dBA for an 8 hour Time weighted Average (TWA).     Location 2: fabrication shop, roll off assembly station  On or about 9/11/19, the employer did not set up and implement a hearing conservation program for employees Mig welding. The employees were exposed to a noise level at 109.6% dose which is above the action level of 50% dose (85 dBA) during the 498 minute sampling period. The equivalent level of the 109.6% dose is 90.6 dBA for an 8 hour Time weighted Average (TWA).     Location 3: fabrication shop, base assembly station  On or about 9/11/19, the employer did not set up and implement a hearing conservation program for employee Mig welding. The employee was exposed to a noise level at 68.2% dose which is above the action level of 50% dose (84.4% dBA calculated correction for the extended work shift) during the 520 minute sampling period. The equivalent level of the 68.2% dose is 87.2 dBA for an 8.6 hour Time weighted Average (TWA).
