29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:    On or about August 28, 2019, at Lot 143, 6330 Birchfield Trail, Cumming, Georgia:    An employee performing framing work was exposed to struck-by hazards from falling tools and materials from the employee working above him on the roof when he worked beneath that employee while not wearing a hard hat.      LRG Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1260509, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 11, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 4235 Danbury Farms Drive, Cumming, Georgia.
