29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:     Employees were exposed to health hazards.  At the jobsite located at 2940 N. Pepper Ridge Ct. Wichita, KS:  Employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to injury/illness from dermal, ingestion, and inhalation hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals.  The employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program to ensure that employees were aware of the hazards associated with the chemicals with which they work.  Hazardous chemicals used at the site included but were not limited to gasoline and caulking.     (Construction Reference: 1926.59)

Wichita, KS:  Employees engaged in roofing activities using tin snips, hammers, pitch forks, and pneumatic nailers were exposed to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not utilized.

At the jobsite located at 2940 N. Pepper Ridge Ct. Wichita, KS:  Employees engaged in residential roofing activities from a 6:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.
