For Citation 1, Item 1 issued on 9/13/2019 with an abatement date of 10/4/2019, the employer did not submit documents demonstrating the complete abatement of the cited violation to OSHA.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   Employees were not protected from falling approximately 27 feet to a lower level while conducting roofing operations on an approximately 6 in 12 pitch three story roof of an assisted living facility.
