29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a): Exterior Roof- Two employees engaged in residential construction 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by any method of fall protection. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 24 feet while working on the roof, on or about September 11, 2019. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.

Employees were accessing a roof by using a portable extension ladder that did not have rails extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface, on or about, September 11, 2019. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
