Fabrication Area - The employer allowed employees to operate a Logan Lathe, Model Number 6564H, without a lathe chuck guard. Employees were exposed to rotating parts and flying chips. Observed On or About 09/12/19 b. Finishing Area - The employer allowed employees to operate a horizontal belt sander without guarding the ingoing nip points. Employees were exposed to an amputation hazard. Observed On or About 09/12/19
