On or about September 11, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, ten (10) feet above the ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. Peak Construction & Exteriors Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1262253, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 16, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 141 - 149 W. Farm Gate Drive, Schaumburg, IL 60159. Peak Construction & Exteriors Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1257312, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 30, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 14 Carrington Ct, Hazel Crest, IL, 60010.
