29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   a) Building Exterior-first floor: Employees were exposed to eye and face  injuries while laying cinder blocks and cement was splashing in the employees face, on or about 9/12/209  b) Exterior-cement mixer: An employee was exposed to eye  and face injuries while washing a cement mixer and was not wearing any type of eye and face protection, on or about 9/12/2019.
