29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  (a): Exterior- South-Side- Each employee working from an aerial lift did not wear a body belt/harness with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket. Two employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet while while working from an aerial lift, on or about September 11, 2019.   There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
