29 CFR 1926.760(a)(2): On multistory structures, perimeter safety cables were not installed at the final interior and exterior perimeters of the floors as soon as the metal decking was installed:    (a) 150 Hain Avenue, Lebanon, Pennsylvania - Employees worked erecting chicken egg production equipment, which comprised a steel structure, including walking/working platforms and chicken cages, for a new chicken egg-laying house.  Employees had finished installing the metal decking on the top level but did not install perimeter safety cables at the final interior and exterior perimeters on the south end of the chicken egg-laying house, exposing employees to a fall hazard, on or about September 17, 2019.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
