29 CFR 1904.39(b)(7): The employer failed to report to OSHA a reportable in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye, resulting from a work-related incident, within twenty-four (24) hours of being notified of the work related incident and/or injury.    The employer failed to report, within twenty-four (24) hours, an in-patient hospitalization to treat lacerations with surgery resulting from a caught-in accident that occurred on August 16, 2019.  The employer was notified of the hospitalization on August 20, 2019 at 4:20pm.
