29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide:  a)  At 23939 Cottage Loop, Lot 57 Cypress Village, Orange Beach, Alabama:  On or about September 18, 2019 and at times prior;  the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities from a job made scaffold  with a work platform that measured 11 inches wide and not 18 inches wide as required by the regulation exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 12 feet 7 inches to the ground below.
