29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: a. Tiberon on the Etowah Subdivision, Lot #4, 7625 Tiberon Parkway, Cumming, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees were in the process of installing hardi-plank siding to the exterior side of the newly constructed two-story home while working at the edge off of an aluminum pump jack scaffold approximately 16 feet above ground level, without utilizing a means of fall protection, on or about 09/17/19.
