29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about September 19, 2019 at the worksite located at 5856 Collier Bridge Lane in Hoschton, Georgia employees installing floor sheathing on the first floor of a new residential structure, were exposed to fall hazard(s) of approximately 10 feet when the employer failed to ensure that each employee performing the tasks was properly protected from fall hazards, by appropriate fall protection measures.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
