29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(ii): CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(ii) The safety monitor did not warn employees when it appeared the employee was unaware of a fall hazard or was acting in an unsafe manner:  The safety monitor, who was working on a previous laid roll of roofing material, failed to warn an employee cutting wrap off of a second roll near the east side of the roof edge, and who subsequently fell from the east side of the Canton High School gymnasium roof on September 13, 2019.
