Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer shall ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked with either:  On or about September 24, 2019 and at times prior to, unlabeled coffee creamer bottles were holding 9631 retarder chemical and 9630 thinner for the screen printing process.  Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
