(b) On or about 09/25/2019 - 585 Little Cove Rd, Gurley, AL, employees walking  on the ceiling joists at 9 feet above the ground while framing were exposed to fall hazards.   (c) On or about 09/25/2019 - 585 Little Cove Rd, Gurley, AL, employees installing 2x6" lookouts at 15 feet above the ground were exposed to fall hazards.   (d) On or about 09/25/2019 - 585 Little Cove Rd, Gurley, AL, employees installing 4x8' sheets of plywood over a 10:12 sloped rafter system at 15 feet above the ground were exposed to fall hazards.
