29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a) At 9302 Crescent Lodge Circle, Lot 19 Woodland Creek, Pike Road, Alabama: On or about September 26, 2019 and a times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform brick mason from a two buck high scaffold without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 14 feet 3 inches to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: a) At 9302 Crescent Lodge Circle, Lot 19 Woodland Creek, Pike Road, Alabama: On or about September 26, 2019 and a times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform brick mason from a two buck high scaffold without first ensuring his employees were trained on the hazards associated with scaffolds to include but not limited to setting up fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 14 feet 3 inches to the ground below.
