29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a) Worksite, 1504 Old Country Rd, Westbury, New York - An employee was performing panel installation work from a JLG Articulating Boom Lift Model No. 800AJ Serial No. 0300210123 approximately 41ft. above the ground and was not using a Personal Fall Arrest System attached to the basket; on or about 9/30/2019.  b) Worksite, 1504 Old Country Rd, Westbury, New York - An employee was performing panel installation work from a JLG Articulating Boom Lift Model No. 800AJ Serial No. 0300199442  approximately 7ft. above the ground and was not using a Personal Fall Arrest System attached to the basket; on or about 9/30/2019.   Note:   Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
