29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  (a)    Worksite located at Railroad and Station Streets in Shinnston, WV:    On or about October 1, 2019 an employee was exposed to falls of up to twenty-two feet while installing purlins to the rafters of a building under construction.  (b)    Worksite located at Railroad and Station Streets in Shinnston, WV:    On or about October 1, 2019 an employee that was standing on an unguarded pallet attached to a skid steer was exposed to falls of up to 10 feet while installing metal sheeting to the girts of a building under construction.  (c)    Worksite located at Railroad and Station Streets in Shinnston, WV:    On or about October 1, 2019 an employee was exposed to falls of up to twelve feet while climbing the girts of a building under construction.
