29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2) The employer did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons designated by the employer:  a) Future Site of Woodland Preparatory School (Chatom, AL): On or about August 27, 2019, and at times prior; the "controlling employer" K & K Services, Inc. failed to develop and implement an accident prevention program, that provided frequent and regular inspections of the job site to be made by competent person(s); exposing his employees and the employees of the sub-contractor G & G Construction to hazards such as but not limited to struck-by hazards from a suspended load by a mini-excavator.
