29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets:   Worksite located at 9501 N. Mersington Ave., Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to overhead hazards from employees and materials on the roof being thrown off the roof and could strike employees working below who were not wearing any means of head protection.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:   Worksite located at 9501 N. Mersington Ave., Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were observed using pneumatic nail guns to install roofing shingles and trim and were not wearing any means of eye protection.

Mersington Ave., Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were observed working on a steep roof and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.
