29 CFR 1910.28(b)(3)(ii): (ii) Each employee is protected from tripping into or stepping into or through any hole that is less than 4 feet (1.2 m) above a lower level by covers or guardrail systems;    West, garage, Exhaust floor ventilation ports:  On or about October 3, 2019, employees were exposed to trip hazards associated with open exhaust floor ventilation ports.  The ventilation ports were missing covers that would prevent employees from tripping into or stepping into the hole.      This item was corrected during inspection.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    Northwest, garage:  On or about October 4, 2019, employees were servicing automobiles and were exposed to corrosive materials, such as the brake cleaner.    There was no eyewash station in the vicinity of the finishing tanks to quickly drench the eyes of the employees in the event of exposure to corrosive substances in the garage.     Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
