29 CFR 1926.760(d)(1): Guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems and their components did not conform to the criteria in 1926.502: a) Job site, 320 East North Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about October 1, 2019, during construction activities, the employer did not ensure that appropriate fall protection systems/devices were in use along the south stairway at the front of the facility in that the wire rope guardrail system was able to deflect below 39 inches.
