29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(i): The end of a platform 10 feet or less in length extended over its support more than 12 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees and/or materials without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilevered end.       On or about October 8, 2019, at the jobsite employees were observed working from a scaffold with platform planks that extended over its support more than 12 inches.  The employer did not have guardrails installed to prevent employees access to the cantilevered end and this exposed the employees to a fall hazard that was greater than ten(10) feet to the ground below.
