29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6): The employer did not certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l).    This standard is applicable to construction employment as defined by 29 CFR 1926.602(d).    On or about October 10, 2019, the employer did not certify that each operator of the JLG Skytrak has been trained and evaluated.    Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the forks and the fork-lift was moved horizontally while the platform was occupied.     On or about October 10, 2019, a JLG Skytrak handler was used to support personnel in a work platform while the machine was being moved exposing employees to falls.     Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
