29 CFR 1910.147(c)(5)(ii): Lockout devices and tagout devices were not used for lockout and tagout purposes only: a) On or about 10/10/19 in the knuckle cell area; employees loaded parts onto a conveyor inside a robot work envelope and were exposed to a potential struck by hazards when a lock, identified for use in the site control of hazardous energy program, was applied by the Maintenance Manager for use as a long term lock out on machine 2268 Vigel/robot. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
