29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(ii)(B): The employer did not ensure that the training was provided to employees with occupational exposure at least annually:     a.) Tri-County Home Support Services, LLC, on or about October 10th, 2019 and times prior thereto:  Employees (Personal Care Aides) had potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens intermittently throughout work operations including, but not limited to, performing personal care tasks with clients. Annual bloodborne pathogen training had not been provided to all affected employees.        ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly:    a.)   Tri-County Home Support Services, LLC, Office area, on or about October 10th, 2019 and times prior thereto:  The company distributed dry chemical fire extinguishers, type ABC, throughout the facility. Employees were exposed to hazards associated with fire extinguishers not receiving monthly visual inspections.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:  Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
