29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   a) On or about 10/10/19, at the YMCA of Greater Rochester (Westside Family YMCA), located on 920 Elmgrove Road, in Rochester, New York, the employer did not issue or enforce the use of fall protection while employees were working on an elevated surface (roof top) 20 feet above a lower level.   NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
