29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1): The employer did not establish a program consisting of an energy control procedure, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energizing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment shall be isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative:    a) On or about October 9, 2019 and at times prior thereto; employees operated a Wood Router CNC: Weeke Optimat BHP008/Vantech 480 which requires blade changes, but written energy control procedures are not in place and equipment does not have periodic inspections.     b) On or about October 9, 2019 and at times prior thereto; employer does not have written energy control procedures for the Butfering SWT-124 wide belt sander.    c) On or about October 9, 2019 and at times prior thereto; employees operated a Park Industries Titan 1000 Granite CNC which requires tool changes, but written energy control procedures are not in place and equipment does not have periodic inspections.     d) On or about October 9, 2019 and at times prior thereto; employees operated a Park Industries Wet Bridge Saw  which requires blade changes, but written energy control procedures are not in place and equipment does not have periodic inspections.         Note* Abatement certification IS required for this item.
