(a) 201 S Jackson St, Crystal Springs MS 39059 - On or about October 15, 2019 an employee was exposed to an electrocution hazard while troubleshooting an energized central heating and cooling unit without using appropriate electrical protective equipment such as insulated tools to avoid contact with energize parts.
