On or about October 17, 2019, and at times prior thereto, at a workplace located at 1492 Primrose Pl, Haslet, Texas; at the new residential site, employees performing framing work on the roof without fall protection were exposed to falling more than 14-feet to the lower level.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  On or about October 17, 2019, and at times prior thereto, at a workplace located at 1492 Primrose Pl, Haslet, Texas; at the new residential site, employees performing framing work on the roof were not provided fall hazard training to recognize and avoid fall hazards.  Employees were exposed to unprotected fall hazards more than 14-feet to the lower level.
