Condition noted on or about 18 October 2019.    c) Jobsite located at 10 Industrial Highway, MS-6 B Complex, Lester, PA 19029: Taumel Assembly Systems orbital head former - Model#BK-200-NM, Serial#RJAN-2: Employees utilizing a head former to assemble wheel caster's are exposed to entanglement hazards without the use of a front facing machine guard.    Condition noted on or about 18 October 2019.    d) Jobsite located at 10 Industrial Highway, MS-6 B Complex, Lester, PA 19029: Clausing drill press - Model#2274, Serial#2M01408: Employees utilizing a drill press to re-work metal parts are exposed to swarf, entanglement, and amputation hazards without the use of drill shields to guard the rotating chuck and drill bit.
