29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system :  a- Building Exterior: Employees engaged in roofing activities on a porch overhang were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12ft to the concrete below as a means of fall protection was not utilized. Condition noted on or about 10/21/2019.   Homestead Roofing Co Inc was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1190519, Citation # 1, Item # 3, issued on 01/03/2017 with respect to a work place located at 101 Central Ave, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ 07604. This citation became a final order on 06/19/2017.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a- Building Exterior: Employees engaged in roofing activities on a porch overhang were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12ft to the concrete below as a  ladder used for access did not extend 3 ft above the upper landing surface. Condition noted on or about 10/21/2019.   Homestead Roofing Co Inc was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1190519, Citation # 1, Item # 4, issued on 01/03/2017 with respect to a work place located at 101 Central Ave, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ 07604. This citation became a final order on 06/19/2017.
