29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:     a.  On or about October 17th, 2019, at 150 S. Compass Way., Dania Beach FL 33004, an employee was exposed to an approximate 18 feet fall hazard while working from an aerial lift without using fall protection.  The employee was in the process of installing foam and stucco on a commercial building.    The Executive Contracting Services Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1277704, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/15/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 6567 Boticelli Drive, Lake Worth, FL 33467.
