29 CFR 1926.753(c)(2): A qualified rigger did not inspect the rigging prior to each shift in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.251:    a) Work site located at 100 Water Street, Jersey City, NJ 07304    A subcontractor's employees were exposed to struck by hazards as they were rigging loads to be lifted off of a flatbed to the roof elevation of the structure with LiftEx nylon slings that were worn through to the red threads with missing/unreadable identification tags on them.    Violation observed on or about October 21, 2019.
