29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs necessary to ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Standards:        Employee(s) engaged in framing work that requires employees to have access to ladders, powered tools, and etc. at 12174 S. Quail Ridge Drive, Olathe, Kansas were exposed to struck by, caught in between, and fall hazards.  The employer had not developed nor implemented safety and health programs that provide construction hazard recognition guidelines to mitigate those hazards.

Quail Ridge Drive, Olathe, Kansas were exposed to struck-by, caught in between, and fall hazards.  Employee(s) were not instructed in the recognition of construction hazards and the methods to mitigate those hazards.
