29 CFR 1910.254(d)(9)(iii): Cables with damaged insulation or exposed bare conductors were not replaced:    In the welding area; On or about October 23, 2019, the leads to the welding machine being used had damaged insulation which exposed the bare conductors. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.      Riverbend Crane & Rigging was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1359818, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 16, 2019 with respect to a workplace located at 405 Wallenberg El Paso, TX.
