29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets (SDSs) for each hazardous chemical.   (a) On or about October 23, 2019, the employer did not update material safety data sheets (MSDSs) to the required Safety Data Sheet (SDS) format.  Out dated material safety data sheets (MSDSs) for Lithrone Lithographic printing press inks and the Prisco E-Cure Classic Wash were not updated to the required SDS format.  (b) On or about October 23, 2019, the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for Prisco Wash Al Special, a cleaning product that is used daily, was not maintained in the work place.
