29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Location: a) 1st floor roof in front and side yard a) On or about 10/23/2019, employees were removing and installing shingles simultaneously on the front yards steep roof facing out Avenue P and the side yard steep roof facing out E23 street side. In both instances, employees were not using any forms of guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems.

Location: a) Front yard (Avenue P street side), Left side of main entrance b) Side yard (E23 street side) a) On or about 10/23/2019, employees used an extension ladder for access to the roof facing the Avenue P street side. Employees were removing the old existing shingles of the roof. b) On or about 10/23/2019, an employee used an extension ladder for access to the roof facing the E23 street side.
