Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width (see Appendix A to subpart M of this part), the use of a safety monitoring system alone [i.e. without the warning line system] is permitted.  a. On or about October 25, 2019 and at times prior, located at CPO Training Center at 933 East Gay Street in Columbus, Ohio, the employees were performing roof painting activities from low-slop rooftops without any means of fall protection, thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10-12 feet.
