On or about 10/23/19, at 7620 Presidents Dr., Orlando FL, two employees were not wearing fall protection equipment (harnesses and lanyards) while using a sprayer to paint the edge of the building from an Genie S-40 aerial lift, exposing the workers to about a 14 feet fall hazard.
