29 CFR 1910. 1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from these hazards, including specific procedures the employer has  implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used:       On or about October 28, 2019, and at times prior thereto, at a workplace located at 700 E. Ennis Avenue, Ennis, Texas; in the meat department, the employer did not ensure that employees working in the area were trained on how to protect themselves from exposure to chemicals and the toxic fumes, causing employees to sustain pulmonary edema, skin rashes, vomiting, eye and bronchial irritations.
